What I collect

If you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, business name, and message you submit. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details needed to schedule it. Basic site usage information may also be collected through Vercel Analytics.

How I use it

I use submitted information to reply to your inquiry, prepare for a call, discuss a possible project, and keep a record of the conversation. I do not sell your personal information or add you to a marketing list without your permission.

Services involved

The site is hosted by Vercel. Contact-form email is delivered through Resend. Calls are scheduled through Calendly. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and sharing

I keep inquiry and project records only as long as they are useful for responding, working together, meeting business obligations, or maintaining reasonable records. I share information only with service providers needed to run the site and communicate with you, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask what information I have from your inquiry, request a correction, or ask me to delete it when there is no business or legal reason to retain it. Email alex@goferder.com to make a request.
